Why Elevate Handling?
Elevate Handling has been delivering patient moving and handling training services since its launch in July 2023, and is proud to be a CPD approved provider. All of our CPD courses conform to the strict ACCREDITED framework.
Prior to launching the business the Managing Director worked in healthcare, specifically supporting bariatric patients and staff that care for them. During that time they developed a passion for enabling better support for carers and for those they look after.
Elevate Handling was launched to provide a balanced approach to training, integrating both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Our trainers guide participants through a rich learning journey, offering deep insights and hands-on experience that prepare them to lead training sessions confidently and effectively.
My Why
Having worked for in healthcare for nearly a decade, specifically supporting bariatric patients and staff that care for them, I have a passion for enabling better support for carers and for those they look after. I have extensive experience in providing specialist manual handling training and assessments and have seen first hand the benefits they provide to patient outcome. Having seen how my support has changed the lives of complex bariatric patients across the country, I’m keen to offer the following services to clinicians that may need it. I have provided training all over the world from Australia to Andover, and love what I do, it's this passion that led me to launch Elevate Handling.
